Eek! Moss is absolutely a squeaker.

Granted, it *is* hard to sneak up on them, being illithid, but if they're focused real hard on something like pruning their plants or brewing a complex new potion... that wet, fishy gurgle of a gasp sure is something to behold.
(They're shy about it.)

Oh definitely not. If he had his way he'd sleep past noon every day. But alas, tadpoles and travelling don't exactly afford him such luxury.

He can wake up early but he won't enjoy it.
The semi-nocturnal lifestyle he adapts to with Astarion post-netherbrain is very much welcomed

Mal, chronically sleep deprived as he is, is of the mind that cheerfulness first thing in the morning prior to coffee should be illegal.

His reaction is a bit more playful once he trusts his companions more, rather than being mortified that he was caught off-guard.
But the cursing remains, making him a tempting target for some.

Orya will for sure squeak if not full on scream when startled. If someone else is with her she will instantly cling to their leg or arm for safety. If she’s alone she has been known to punch whoever startled her in the face in self defense

He would flinch, pinning down and immobilizing however is sneaking up on him, switchblade at the throat as a warning.

Unfortunately, suddenly startling Tanis is a really good way to get hit with an Eldritch blast.

Being psychic though, the longer Tanis is around the companions thoughts the harder it is to sneak up on them. It’s not impossible to startle them, just harder.
