In any other field a sign of good governance is leadership succession planning, but somehow in the actual government that's not the case. What's wild is that they stay so long they're completely disconnected from the public they originally signed up to serve.

Yes. They've been playing out versions of these revenge fantasies in real life at their jobs & in their communities against actual people. An unchecked box here, a passed over promotion there. But that harm won't get a headline.

My main campaign hasn't had any movement for a bit. There are still quite a few gaps in my gear, and I still do foolish things like pinch pennies from my gig wages to purchase make or break essentials (this month that's a headlamp for suturing).
