I frequently talk about managing chronic disability here but I never thought a lighthearted post about perimenopause and hot flashes would generate the unsolicited advice of "Have you tried/do you carry a fan?"
I would LOVE for y'all to not but it seems you can't help yourselves.

Maybe I just waited to long to try to get into it, but I binged the books in like 3 days after an especially rough weekend promoting my private practice at an event where the band only knew 3 Sublime songs. I don't think I made it through 3 episodes of the show right before the last season started.
