there's a person I see a few times a week and we chat. he's a grindset kind of guy but very nice. I've been sneaking in hints of certain ideas and he's started bringing up news stories to critique capitalism and it's awesome.

here's why therapy is terrible. my therapist helped me figure out that I needed to work more to have a bit more normality. and feel like I still have a life of my own.
but um... now I'm just working a lot and even more tired. it's normal but bad normal.
I'm suing. her and myself.
