I think of all three as different things! Duvet is an insert w/a removable cover, comforter doesn’t need a separate cover but can technically be used like a duvet, bedspread is a thinner top blanket like a doily for the bed

Affected CISA staffers have been shuffled to agencies including Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which received a $150 billion infusion to carry out Trump's immigration crackdown, the employees said. CISA workers have been moved to Customs and Border Protection and the Federal Protective Service, a domestic police force working with ICE and CBP on deportations.
Changes have hit particularly hard in CISA's Capacity Building team, which writes emergency directives and oversees cybersecurity for the government's highest value assets, the employees said.
Reassignments have largely targeted senior
CISA staffers, who are forbidden from joining unions because they work on national security issues, according to one person.

DHS has held up tens of millions of the $79 million in federal grants designated for state and local authorities to stop online threats from evolving into real-world attacks, according to one former CP employee.
Among the awards not delivered were two grants worth roughly $20 million for Minnesota, the former employee said. A mass shooter killed two children at a Catholic school in Minnesota in August, and a gunman shot two Democratic state lawmakers in their homes in June, one of them fatally.

I just cannot get over that there are TROOPS from another state in my city without the express consent of my mayor and governor. The demented president is ruling by decree and ~40% of this country does not recognize this as monarchism. The legislature refuses to meet and has shut down the government
