Any time anyone says we should regulate banks & financial markets less they should be treated with deep suspicion and placed in a dark cell to give them time to really consider if that's true or not.

The fact that the AI bubble is such an obvious bubble raises the question of what financial analysts are even for. The fact these bubbles keep (being allowed to) happen is a strong indicator that the financial markets aren't fit for purpose.
