I've done acquisitions so I looked into this to see what I could find. It's absolutely obvious that Scott Leiendecker was not positioned to pull this off. Staple Street Capital paid ~$38M for 75% of Dominion and got back $787.5M from Fox News. Who really bought Dominion from State Street Capital?
