This is a violation of due process.

SCOTUS ruled that Trump had to give people adequate notice before deporting them.

Yet today, there are reports that he's deporting 177 immigrants with under 24 hours' notice—not enough time to assert due process. We cannot stand by as this admin continues to disappear people.

“I feel like my son was kidnapped."

Merwil, 19, came to the US w/his father seeking asylum. The Trump admin ripped him from his family & disappeared him to a mega-prison in El Salvador without a shred of due process.

He, and all those disappeared, must be immediately released & safely returned.

Merwil Gutiérrez had no criminal record when ICE agents detained the 19-year-old outside his home. Now his father, Wilmer, is still searching for answers.
