I've at least managed to resuscitate Firefox (by redownloading the installer with Edge) and the video is running more or less happily now, but if Mom reports it having died again, I'll have to take Sleipnir aside and give it some Heavy Maintenance.

It's my best laptop. It can't die on me yet.

I'm unsure how Watching Streaming Video is so volatile on a 2019, Win11-running laptop. It's not even overheating. The bugcheck string in the mini-dump points at NTOSKRNL and nothing else.

I theorize Windows crashed itself to force an update, but that doesn't explain the Firefox crash loop.

Sleipnir The Laptop is unwell. Mom's got it hooked up to the TV in the den, and is watching Britbox. In the past 3 hours it has had both a major BSOD (followed by a chain of Windows Updates it decided needed to be installed Right Then), and a browser crash that nearly rendered Firefox unusable.

Released, in somewhat altered form, as Tecmo World Golf; the US version lacks the Japanese release's "find course by map" function though (and seemingly renamed all the courses so they no longer represent the real ones).

"The Perfect Golf", SeTa, 1995, PS1. You can select a golf course to play through various different menus, either through sorted lists, or by walking this mascot character around a zoomable map of Japan. These are all real golf courses with real street addresses.
