A remix release of one of my favourite albums of 2024. What you lose in the emotional impact of Last Flight, you gain in the sort of Berlinification which was the hallmark of the previous album Bright Magic. Different kind stands out.

The Wall Museum in Berlin, located at the former Checkpoint Charlie--border crossing btw E & W Germany--it's packed w/items attesting to the desperation of ppl trapped in fascist regimes, from hand-sewn hot air balloons to impossibly small hidey holes in VW Bugs.

I fear the US is heading for this.

It's not 'our' media, that's why.
Print media serves its owners as do the commercial TV companies.
We should be able to rely on Public Service Broadcasting, but management at the BBC is full of people with strong ties to the Tories.
OffCom should be sorting this out, but it is supine, possibly dead
