Fun fact, in mappyland he quits being a cop to focus on his wife and kids, not to mention he doesn’t use brute force when dealing with goro and the meowkies (also within a friend and I’s Ingame mappy lore, we had Mappy quit being a cop, becomes a stay at home dad and then a social worker)

After being humiliated by another Namco character, Mappy quit the police & joined the Namco All-Stars baseball team

He was fired after using a pogo stick to catch balls that would otherwise have been home runs. His current whereabouts are unknown

I cannot stress that we need to push back against these age verification stuff. For example I won't do it on VRChat for reasons like this, I've just accepted I can't join age verified required club worlds because the risks are far too great no matter how diligent VRChat's efforts can be

Another weird 1970's kids book series I was way into as a kid was the Sweet Pickles. I had the whole alphabet set in a bus shaped container. Looking at these now, I'm 1000 percent sure every one of these animals are some shade of LGBTQ+
