Names, email addresses and other contact details of about 70,000 global users could also have been taken Government ID photos of about 70,000 global users of Discord, a popular messaging and chat platform among video gamers, may have been exposed after hackers compromised a company contracted to carry out age verification checks. Some users’ names, email addresses and other contact details, IP addresses and messages with Discord’s customer service agents may also have been taken. Without change to its current moderation behaviours, this trend will likely continue. The bar that has a nazi in it, will become a nazi bar. If you think that's fine, then fine, enjoy twitter. But a lot of people would actively disagree.

Personally i think the massive exodus of users from twitter, that is still ongoing is not good for a social media platform, and with around 15% of the ones sticking around being bots, and a not insignificant amount being nazis actively boosted by the owner, this leads to more people leaving.

You're right that it's not literally those numbers, but the core thrust of your argument, that bsky should moderate like twitter does, is inherently flawed. Just because the exaggerated numbers thrown around are incorrect doesn't mean the intention of the response is.
