Outsourcing a fundamentally human/animal/biological practice that extends all the way back to pre history as the simple act of caring for each other to an AI is antithetical to our existence. Medicine is so so far from perfect but this would be a huge mistake.

I have cystic fibrosis and as a chronically and terminally ill person I can tell you this sentiment has *always* existed in my ~4 decades on this planet, covid just exposed it to everyone. The public despises sick and disabled people and thinks it can ignore them into non-existence

This book as a stand alone, not her entire body of work, I believe is vital to understanding women’s role in society (it’s written in the 70s but still talks to broad ideas) and how poorly women are understood clinically and practically. It’s dense and sights a ton of field work but worth a read

Even if you only get through the first 1/3rd of the book it’s incredibly important info, nearly all science done on this subject revolves solely around studying boys exclusively and the female perspective and experience is not part of our understanding of development at all.
