i will say that in the past when I've dealt with this, it's not permanent and eventually things do turn around. if it's any consolation basically EVERYONE on YouTube right now is talking about a significant downturn in numbers. I've seen it on my channel as well.

the only way I know to work through this is . . . sadly . . . to just keep posting. eventually you'll have something else that picks up and the algorithm will shine it's glorious light upon you again. but have dealt with this a number of times over the years and it sucks.
