My little baby got soft-coned after seeing her incision wasn’t healing properly. She is adjusting but also looks like a silly little clown or flower.

I'm glad this saga is coming to an end, the past two attempts were doing psychic damage to my mental health and made me feel like a bad cat dad. Hopefully after one more visit to the vet, we can put this stress behind us haha

GOOD NEWS!
The gabapentin worked (ty everyone who suggested this to me) and with the help of a friend, we were able to get Mimic into the carrier with no fuss, and her surgery went well. Now she is hiding away as she heals, and thankfully eating! Just gotta monitor her and help her feel safe again 💚

Went to MagicCon Atlanta yesterday and it was a lot of fun! Definitely gotta go for all three days next year!

I finally met Pekora in DS2 last night, I wasn’t expecting it based on the title she was given. Very funny and low-key very silly of this. Feels good to make steady progress in the game again 😌

Unfortunately today was a bust as well. It's hard trying to coax her into the carrier without food (which she can't have before surgery) and trying to burrito her didn't go well either. 😅 She scratched my poor roommate too... might need to look into sedatives at this rate, alas....
