I believe DEEPLY that Terry Pegula is the type who thinks McDermott just needs time to get over the hump. If he keeps winning 12+ games a year, he's untouchable. I think Pegula loves the continuity
In what world do you think the GM is getting fired from a team that has won 24 of their last 32 and made the AFC Championship game last year. It is not happening. It took him 6 year to get rid of Adams.
