Remember when the MS state govt attempted to takeover JXN’s criminal legal system (from policing to the courts) in 2023?

ICE is reportedly loading people onto buses right now to be imprisoned in El Salvador without a day in court, in violation of a Supreme Court order.

That includes at least one person with Temporary Protected Status and a 19-year-old accused of being in TDA because of a water pistol.
