I'm still baffled as to how I have gained followers while my posting of actual art has been so infrequent
Can I ask what it is about the content I make that appeals to people? I worry I struggle to see it myself sometimes

I find myself doing things that make my mood worse like occasionally check up on my Twitter. I was doing it to save the art of artists that don't post anywhere else, but now it's become a habit I struggle to break. Something about the thrall of endless content streamed into your brain I think

my fundamental belief about art is that you can basically just do whatever and you'll probably be fine
Super Mario World has an extremely eclectic art style whereby many enemies are drawn in completely different ways. Development files reveal Mario went through many stylistic changes; it is possible that all the enemies were made to fit Mario, but at different points in time.

Yeah there is an art drought on me again. I got rejected from another job and I have more interviews to do, and that isn't exactly great for motivation. I'm not really in a stable physical or emotional space to really create at the moment. I will get something out sooner or later though

"The Democrats gave in for nothing" It had been 40 days with no clear signs of stopping and the GOP was genuinely going to let people die over this. It's not ideal but I think the point was made about what Repubs would do before things ended up worse. Ultimately the fight continues
