Have you noticed an increase in the bats this year? I’ve had then for the first tîme at my place in far SW Tucson. And the amount we just saw in Madera Canyon was jaw dropping.

It finally happened. I found an Elegant Trogan in one of our sky islands. He did have his back to me the entire time, so fair enough. #birdingAZ

Oh I know ALL about this. Good advice. Ruminating is hell. My therapist suggested I imagine the steps of making my favorite sandwich or slicing up a watermelon melon to break the cycle. Seems simple but it actually works; makes new neuro pathways.
