I used to play a lot of video games, and I've realized they are usually stressful. Even though they are an escape, they are not recharging my battery.

I am focused on self care now. I've been putting everyone else first for a long time now,and it doesn't work. I've lived in a constant state of stress. Now, I work out, exercise, stretch, do breathing exercises, chi-gong, meditate, walk, run, and listen to more music.

2/2 My cousin and his wife get back from a walk. "Where's all our stuff? Did we get robbed?" I start laughing so hard in the tent... She said to put everything away. "Where's all our beer?"
It's in the truck with all the other stuff.. 😂

1/2 This reminds me of the time when I was high on mushrooms when we were camping and my gf asked if I put all the food in the truck. I said ya, she said everything? I said no. So I left and and I put ALMOST everything in the truck.

Stress is my nemesis. Memory gets worse with stress. I get snappy when I'm stressed. The more I forget things, the more I upset my partner. The more I upset her, the more stressed I get. Then I react more snappy, which upsets her even more, and I get more stressed until the point of mental breakdown

I'm on their tricks! The mixed candy they sell is mostly filler candy. Barely any coffee crisp and KitKat, mostly chocolate Smarties... Nobody buys the other candy so they put them in these mixed packs as filler, cheaper to make I bet..

Well it's like a monsoon out there, probably won't get many tricker treaters. But I put my Bluetooth speaker in front of a vent in my basement so it blasts spooky sounds by my front door... I also have a voice activated spider that drops down from behind a plant. 😂🎃👻🦇
