I was overweight health was kinda going downhill. Changed lifestyle completely.Been dieting / exercising , In 2 1/2 months Now I feel great. I went from 240 lbs.just hit 195 for 5 days in a row Kinda proud of my accomplishment so I treated myself to a full on Protein Pancake bomb 💣.It was delish!
