Magee is not denying that he was driving illegally, that he hit Jasper, or that he left the scene. He is arguing that severe brain injury, broken pelvis, ribs, & vertebrae, & having to learn how to talk/read/write, & walk again after 6 months in the hospital is not “catastrophic”

Remember my cousin Jasper’s accident two years ago?

Our family is requesting prayers this week for a couple of things:

1- for my family in their testimonies

2- for the jury to find Magee guilty of leaving the scene of a hit and run resulting in catastrophic injury

This rack allowed me to open the trunk on my jeep which opened up like a normal SUV hatch

Well, the bike rack does not allow me to access my trunk. When we travel with dogs and dryland equipment, we’d have to take the rack completely off to access gear in the trunk.

Not ideal. May see if a drop hitch would help.

Also, will probably have to get roof rails installed to transport sled.

I had a stink bug in my car the other day. It was upside down on the dash. Thought it was dead. Started pulling out of the driveway and it flipped over and tried to take flight. Snatched it up in a napkin and put it out the window. The bug, not the napkin
