it always made sense to me too bc sometimes theyβd tell their pokemon to dodge and they would still get hit, so it was kinda like how in-game sometimes moves miss due to accuracy

The greatest problem in computer science is estimating software installation time. I just watched my new MacBook Pro go from 3 hours, to 2 hours and 45 minutes, to 2 hours and 43 minutes, to 56 minutes, to βabout a minuteβ in the course of an hour. And thatβs where I've been for several minutes.
