I’m not on TikTok but I know it has tremendous reach & I’m not sure a lot of people are aware of the level of media consolidation and, honestly, lack of freedom that is present in the ecosystem today. People (not Steve, obviously) have grown accustomed to censorship they don’t even recognize as such
This morning, I recorded a video on TikTok about why DHS’s arguments for the power to enter homes without judicial warrants in immigration cases are bunk.
Nine hours later, TikTok still says my video is “under review,” and can’t be shared.

My law firm is currently litigation 81 voting and election cases in 40 states. This includes 11 redistricting lawsuits. It also includes 26 cases where we are litigating against the DOJ.
