We figured it out! It has to do with how our custom subtitles are exported and how they interacted with the launch software. The subtitles on the Hermes video are now fixed (and I guess I have to go and fix allllll of my other videos now 🥲)

I’ve passed it along internally and we’re trying to figure out what is causing the issue so thank you for letting me know! 🙏🏻 (and I’m glad you enjoyed the video 🥰)
