The “island of strangers” Party is now the Party of strangers!

Reform-lite policies won’t satisfy racists who will conclude that they can back Reform, the real thing.

It is saying Reform is right & surrendering the argument!

A Government that is rapidly going from disappointing to disgusting!

I implore someone, anyone, in the media…

Do your job

And the next time you have Farage on, please ask him directly:

…what were the motivations behind this?

A couple more from me/most of us:

Do you deny, Farage, that Putin has been delighted with the Brexit result and ongoing damage to British and European interests?
What are your thoughts on these comments from Russia’s ambassador to the UK?

bsky.app/profile/13sa...
Russia's ambassador to the UK, Yakovenko, boasted about Brexit to another diplomat:
“We have crushed the British to the ground. They are on their knees and will not rise for a very long time”
Today, Farage’s close ally, leader of Reform in Wales, was sentenced to 10yrs for taking bribes from Russia.
Brexit has caused almost twice as much damage to the UK economy than estimated by official forecasts, according to new paper from a group of experts including a senior Bank of England economist

“Did Nathan Gill ever say anything you disagree with in return for his bribes from a Kremlin stooge?”

“Did you, in your roles as his boss, friend, mentor & party leader, ever question his full-throated support for an enemy of the UK and if not, why not?”

You can have those for nothing, lads.

WhIch world leader does #NigelFarage admire? “Putin. As an operator, but not as a human being.”

The news that a national lockdown could have been avoided is shattering. Kemi Badenoch should apologise on behalf of the Conservatives.

People will never forgive them for partying while they left the country vulnerable and grieving.

Wondering when the King is going to invite the Saudi to Windsor for tea?!

Yesterday, Trump defended the Saudi Crown Prince in the Oval Office.

He said he had “nothing” to do with the murder of Jamal Khashoggi.

But I reviewed a call while serving on Trump’s NSC that I believe would be of interest to the Khashoggi family and the American people.

Release the transcript.

The black hole in Durham County Council’s budget has grown by £11.1mn in the past two months under the control of Reform UK.

Its cabinet has been forced to approve a £10mn list of cuts.

But the measures will still leave the county council with a deficit of £72mn over the coming four years
Reform cabinet backs £10mn cuts to start filling Durham’s growing black hole
Reform is now learning that running a big council is not as easy as it probably thought

Climate change doesn’t stop at borders, and neither should we. The UK and EU must work together to protect our planet. Watch One Earth, One Team and see why cooperation matters: bsky.app/profile/euro...
The UK has fallen behind the EU on climate policies, but cooperating with the EU could achieve cheaper bills, healthier communities, and a thriving natural world. As COP30 comes to a close tomorrow, we’re calling on the Government to team up with the EU to save our planet @carolinelucas.bsky.social
