Fancy passed away earlier this week, at 15 years. She had many health issues in the last couple of years. But she was full of love, and spent endless hours sleeping and purring on my lap. I was her chosen. She was my kitty.
1980s #RalPartha original #Battletech "Grasshopper" mech in progress. Stripped old paint. Replaced tiny missing hands with salvaged fists. Repositioned right arm. Add antenna. Ral Partha vintage base. Stabbed pinning wire into my finger. It's still ugly. Maybe a good paint job can save it.

Finished upgrade work on the early 1980s #RalPartha #Battletech 'Unseen' Wolverine. The tone darkened it a bit more than I intended. But it's another old, battleworn #mecha. The mini is indeed lead. My pin-vice drilled into it easily to make holes for the antennas & machine guns. Before/after pics.

#Battletech minis machine guns and antennas: black plastic hair brush bristles. Drill holes. Super-glue in bristles, sized longer than needed. Allow to fully set. Return and cut to size with sharp nippers. 🙂

I acquired this #RalPartha metal #Battletech Unseen Wolverine used. The previous owner - whoever that was - put a lot of effort and love into it. In respect of that, rather than strip and repaint it, I think I'll tidy it up and shade it.

#Battletech Alpha Strike Sunday was a "King of the Hill" scenario. At the end, we just kind of Zerg-rushed the objective and slugged it out point-blank. We tied in objective points. I won by surviving BV. I'm not very good with #AlphaStrike, coming from years of classic.

A rare, fragile, original #RalPartha #Battletech "Unseen" Warhammer #Battlemech hidden under a bad paint job, from a limited run of blue resin called "Partha Plastic" used in the spincast molds rather than metal. Probably the final use of the original Unseen molds. Handle with care!!!
