Did we just witness the end of the precedent set by Marbury v. Madison?
"Bobrovsky's in the blue paint, it's Arvidsson's job to avoid him."

I thought that was the rule, but I guess only 1 team gets it.

Nothing I hate worse in sports than inconsistent officiating.

Concerning the Mason Rudolph et al. incident, if the @pittsburghsteeler.bsky.social are serious about its position, why not sue Rudolph et al. for trademark (maybe copyright) infringement/misappropriation? Unauthorized use of your IP would usually be a big problem for teams. Why not here?

*Of course* advance information on US combat operations is classified. Pretending otherwise is an insult to our troops, who all know this.

The Secretary is unfit to lead.
I wonder if the use of the word "facilitate" here simply means "remove all barriers to effectuate the closure," or it means something closer to "get it done." This is a line from Trump's own EO directing the closure of the Department of Education.

Imagine perjuring yourself in such a ridiculous way. I'm certain I can choose an option to view specifically the reels that my friends have liked. There's a tab in the top right of my screen in the "Reels" tab.

Am I crazy?

JUST IN: Judge Boasberg finds probable cause to hold administration in contempt of court for defying his order to turn around planes, demands new details in order for officials to “purge” their contempt. Details TK
Can we acknowledge that not even Richard Nixon, a President we hold up as a paragon of unethical conduct in the Office, was willing to defy an order from SCOTUS?

It's not even like it was a close vote either. Not even the Conservative justices made a separation of powers dissent.

UPDATE: It happened. In an 11:15 meeting, employees were told that the office has been eliminated and their positions will be terminated.
SCOOP: sources tell me that the State Dept plans to eliminate its only office to counter foreign disinformation, as soon as today, delivering a win to foreign governments like Russia, Iran, and China—and the office's mostly conservative critics.

US office that counters foreign disinformation is being eliminated, say officials
Conservative critics have long accused the department of helping to censor the American right.

For whoever decided to add stevia to the flavored water versions of your sparkling water, legitimately, why? #liquiddeath

Gravefruit and Cherry Obituary, my favorites, are atrocious now. They were sweet enough before. Pull a Coca-Cola Original and go back. Please.

🚨BREAKING: Federal court rules that the Pennsylvania date requirement for mail-in ballot violates the First and 14th Amendments. Counties cannot reject ballots from counting undated and wrongly dated mail-in ballots.

A HUGE victory for my law firm, our clients DSCC and DCCC and the voters of PA!

There were howls of protest and denial from the GOP any time we pointed out that Republicans want to cut Social Security.

Now the most powerful official in the White House goes on TV and calls it "the big one to eliminate."
Elon Musk says he wants to “eliminate” programs like Social Security and Medicare: “Entitlements... That’s the big one to eliminate”

This is actively being shared by Trumpers on Facebook. My mother shared a post with this verbatim with the added commentary of: "Interesting."

In short, people are sharing this.
SCOTUS precedent basically set the stage for it. You'd have to legislate either around or through First Am issues. With this Court makeup, and as long as Roberts exists, good luck with that. Do we already forget Citizens United was under the Roberts court?

Over 120,000 Japanese Americans forced into imprisonment in internment camps simply because they were of Japanese heritage.
On this Day of Remembrance, we honor the 120,000 Japanese Americans unjustly imprisoned during WWII because of their heritage. Their resilience remind us to never forget the lessons of history. We will continue to fight for justice, equality, and civil rights for all.
