I can’t believe that Sadie becomes an adult today! I am so proud of the amazing young woman she has become. It was so great meeting her & some new friends of hers at Chapman for breakfast this morning.
Also how fitting that on the way up I saw a “Sadie Rose” truck…

Standard meta & things have really shifted - not a huge sample, but looks like Mono-R Aggro is unseating Izzet Cauldron, Dimir Midrange is rising, & Mono-G Aggro has come up

About 1 year ago today, I won an RCQ at Gen Con on the very first day of the convention and the whole @scgcon.bsky.social @starcitygames.bsky.social RCQ season and today my dad @adamfischer71.bsky.social did the exact same thing in #MTGEternities Limited at #GenCon2025 .

Great real-time info! There looks to be a big difference between the mono-red representation here vs the metagame stats reported earlier elsewhere - this seems to make more sense for prevalence of mono-red.

I got 95th place out of 1219 players (top 8%) in the big Limited format event at @starcitygames.bsky.social @scgcon.bsky.social #SCGDenver #SpotlightDragons. It was my first called and stamped booster draft in over 20 years, with my last one at Pro Tour Nice in 2002! It was cool to do it again.

Yes agreed - Lorcana has more depth and nuance than it may first appear and it is quite a rich game. And the community is very engaged and diverse. My daughter @danafischermtg.bsky.social and I are enjoying it along with MTG.
