Anyway, you thought that 後 (あと) only means 'after? Hahaha- WRONG.

It can also be used to say 'the rest', 'behind', 'toward the end' and 'after one's death'! Are there more uses?

So, when you want to say what something or someone us called, you say the noun and then 'という'. For example:

これかわいい動物は（猫）といいます.

In the art book, it’s revealed that Zasp has lightning magic! He just doesn’t use it I guess. This is probably why.

Panel 1: Mothiva and Zasp watch Team Snakemouth. Mothiva says, “UGH, look at them with their stupid ice magic.”

Panel 2: Mothiva says, “Zasp, put your lightning magic to good use for once.”

Zasp rubs his hands together and says, “Anything for you, Mothiva.”

Zasp shows off some static electricity, which makes Mothiva’s fur all static-y. She screams, “AGH STOP you’re ruining my FUR!!”

A helpful things I learned today! You can turn any noun into a verb by adding '～る' to the end of the noun. If you do this, then it acts like a godan verb if you try to conjugate it.

And, if I have this right, you can also use '～るな' if you want it to sound softer.

Bugtober Day 1: Snakemouth Den

I'm just gonna do these really short, kind of simple and stupid comics, I think. I can't really make full fledged comics right now, but I needed to do something to scratch that comic-making itch.
