I visited an Aldi for the first time today. My partner said, "Aldi is supposed to help you save money. But I think that's not true for you."

I found so many fun things to try and buy!

For No Mortal Creature by Keshe Chow I received a digital ARC through NetGalley. I hope this is in the same world as The Girl with No Reflection. (References made me think it is.) This is an extremely strong YA Romantasy and a great intro to the genre for new readers.

The River Has Roots by @@amalelmohtar.com This was my favorite read this month and is a contender for the year. The writing is gorgeous! The story is beautiful. I wanted more. The narration is achingly lovely. @gem_carmella has placed on my favorite narrators with this one.

The Girl with No Reflection by Keshe Chow. Her 2024 debut novel blends fairy tale into modern story in an engaging story. I enjoyed this and the narration was excellent.
