New route / Beginning April 15th 2026, Air France will offer a direct service between Paris CDG and Las Vegas.

The route will be flown 3 times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, with Airbus A350-900s.

On October 17th, Air France opened its new lounge at Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

Located in terminal 5, this new lounge reflecting Air France’s brand image and service standards is operated in association with Global Lounge Network.

Hawaiian Airlines and Alaska Airlines are gearing up for the return of seasonal New Zealand flying.

The three-times weekly service between Honolulu (HNL) and Auckland (AKL) returns on November16th and runs through the end of April 2026.

ACT Airlines flight EK9788 (opf Emirates SkyCargo), a Boeing 747-481 (TC-ACF), was destroyed when it veered off the left side of rwy 07L at Hong Kong Airport.

The aircraft struck a ground service vehicle before coming to rest in the sea. 2 persons in the vehicle died. The flight crew were rescued.

Leasing company TrueNoord has signed a firm order agreement with Embraer to acquire 20 factory-new E195-E2 aircraft.

The agreement also includes purchase rights for up to twenty additional new E195-E2 aircraft and up to ten new E175-E1 aircraft.

IndiGo has finalised a commitment for 30 Airbus A350 aircraft, converting a Memorandum of Understanding signed in June into a firm order.

This brings the airline’s total A350 orders to 60 aircraft.
