When I first heard this song, I wasn't listening closely because I thought it was a cover, but I picked up on a few interesting differences. I replayed it, reading the lyrics closely, and I was pleasantly surprised there was no cringe or anything problematic.
It's even poly compatibly possessive!

Remember when my tongue hurt for a week after your visit? It was like having hickies to constantly remind me of all the fun we had. I wasn't complaining. It meant we did everything we could and it was also as much as my tongue could handle. I'm eager to try again.
