Yeah that is absolutely a quote of Seasaw in Closer. The repeated major 6th leap is on the same pitches (Eb-C) and with the same metrical placement ( + 3 + 4). Only difference is that Namjoon lands back down instead of staying high.

Namjoon is the city mage of the magical enclave in Seoul and loves his job - most of the time. He doesn't love the people pounding on his door at all hours or the landlord who forces him to use his magic to solve her plumbing problems or his bosses who want him to reroute magic from Namsam without blowing himself up. He loves his job but he doesn't love the way that it makes him feel tired, so tired that he starts fainting. Concerned, his friends hire him an assistant: the quiet and infuriating Min Yoongi who questions everything: Namjoon's life, his priorities, his health and his belief that he is unsuited for love.

In a library book. Incredibly, his first impulse is to sit down and reread it cover to cover, all of Yoongi’s notes included, and perhaps write some of his own notes back. In a library book! At the very least, Yoongi should be reprimanded, but somehow Namjoon can’t bring himself to want to. ~~~
Or: Yoongi is a witch who’s too shy to ask for what he really wants, and Namjoon is a librarian who is really into acts of service – for the right patron.
