The four law firms that it was announced are now Trump collaborators -- Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, Simpson Thacher, and A&O Shearman Sterling -- ALSO agreed today to "Disavow DEI" as part of a settlement with EEOC.

Why would any new associate join such a place? Why would any partner stay?

It's small potatoes in the scheme of things but not sure it makes any sense for legal reporters to ask lawyers at firms that have caved to Trump for any expert analysis on litigation involving the administration.

Our Executive, Judicial and Legislative branches have been compromised. Russian assets control our government. To what degree they also control our military and police remains to be seen. Will those in positions of power who have not yet been turned take decisive action before it is too late?
