Ribs were on sale at Aldi, so I did 'em in the oven... Just a bit overdone. Attemted to parboil potatoes & pan fry, but fully boiled the potatoes and pan-fried. The beans were steamed perfect though, no notes.

Leftover muahroom/onion/Havarti meatloaf with a slice of Havarti on white bread with Miracle Whip. Cut diagonally, as it should be.

Made my easy grilled-chicken noodle soup last night. It was good for lunch today along with an Italian Sub style sandwich on a burger bun. It's amazing what taking the time to toast the sandwich in the oven does for it.

Are you a breadcrumbs or ripped up pieces of bread in meatloaf person? Or oats or instant potatoes? Or something else? Do you soak it in milk?

I let the meatloaf ride on a flat pan on top of slices of white bread to prevent burning & soak up grease.

Making meatloaf for dinner. I tend to make it different every time. This time I'm getting weird with sauteed mushrooms & onions, Swiss cheese, & French's fried onions. Maybe cream of mushroom soup & a dash of A1.
