My 40s are teaching me that all the things I tried to run away from in my 20s & 30s happened anyways. I hate being right and the future scares me. I’m just so very tired and running out of fight lately.

I used to be able to run half marathons in my 30s. Now I get winded jogging .2 miles down the driveway. 2026 I am getting back to my old conditioning. I’m tired of being out of shape and over weight.

It’s okay to feel lost even if everyone else thinks for life it full. It’s okay to want more, to want to grow, to feel alone in a crowded room. Love is comfort but it doesn’t solve all your problems. You have to work on yourself, as well, as your relationships.
