Worth a listen! Not sure about all Nixon’s points but good to hear youths & juvenile courts come up. Often when it does it is politicized, lacks depth, and not solution-focused. As @sarahfenske.bsky.social says it is often neglected. We could use more of this in policy conversations

While there may be uncertainty stemming from executive orders yesterday, there was certainty on #antitrust issues: Commissioner Ferguson is acting chair of the #FTC, & an EO was issued that will delay the effective date of the new #HSR rules until March 21st.
