FOXNews also specializes in propaganda techniques: first grab viewers by their emotions (which subdues critical thinking) and then repeat, repeat, repeat.

BTW, the emotional state and repetition are the same elements used in hypnosis.

We must adjust to facts. It's a Qatari Air Force TRAINING Facility.

Other countries have training facilities at several US military bases that specialize in training foreign troops. Qatar isn't building an air base. They're building a facility. Maybe to house & feed their troops while training.

OK, Pete Hegseth’s an idiot. He left out the word “training” when he said we’re building a Qatari Air Force facility. So I get why people were confused after his announcement yesterday, but I keep seeing folks repeat some version of “Qatar is building an airbase in Idaho.”

That’s not happening.

At the very least, recognize that corporate media has a corporate bias. After all, they are owned by a big corporation, and advertisements are most often paid for by other big corporations.
