Just remembering that time Sarah Palin's PAC put crosshairs over areas they wanted to win, and made the unsubtle visual and statement of taking out political opponents, which then shortly led to Gabby Giffords being shot in the head during a shooting.

There's simply no comparison, Mark Kelly is a squeaky clean American hero, an exceptional human, as is Gabby, and their perseverance through her attempted assassination is admirable. They are no strangers to threats from the right. Hegseth is a washed up drunk with a sketchy military history.

Nerd moment: I am perpetually sad that Star Trek Voyager and DS9 never came to Blu Ray or better format. Even the OG series and Next Generation got the premium treatment, but not those two series.
Sisko and Janeway deserve better.
DS9 is the best Trek series.
