Being good libtards we considered getting an eV. But the US eV market consists largely of expensive giant SUV and truck types or 600hp rockets.
Meanwhile, in New Jersey, the problem are 20mph eBikes.
Given our usage a step up from a golf cart would have worked for us.

Not quite that simple. The UK, Italy, Germany, etc use front brake on the right. Only the UK drives on the left.

Btw, this will be a crushing blow to the few local independent bikeshops still standing. All they ever did was sell compliant eBikes and now face their trade being devastated.
