That is why I have been less online lately. I would rather not be online like I used to as a teenager. I am glad I put up strict boundaries with people. I wish I was protected instead of my groomers, which sadly was in a community I was supposedly safe in: The art community.

Also, you have to realize that doing memes/trends will not do anything. But showing proper work will. I am frankly glad I left the community. Not just that, but also, the art community seems to protect the bad people. Seriously. Call out posts do not do anything. It only makes me trust people less.

I am going to tell you this: I would rather have low engagement than to be doing "art trends" that are annoying and only to chase engagement. Because I am annoyed at artists doing the same memes and videos, using the same audios. And it only makes me drive away due to a lack of genuine intentions.

I literally dont want to live anymore because of my country. its extra infuriating to see people just not care (especially people who claim they're advocates, or people who claim they care about world issues)

I stopped talking. I gave up. I should've shut up a long time ago. Because I swear if a terrible thing happens in Turkey,people ignore and pretend we dont exist. But if the same thing happens elsewhere, people suddenly care.
