Very happy for Venables. Through all the down seasons, you never doubted how much he wanted to be the OU coach and make it work. Can’t believe they found 10 wins from that schedule.

The most efficient, high usage guard seasons in NBA history (>30% USG, >65% true shooting). It's still early, but it's wild that SGA is right there with 2016 Steph in terms of efficiency and the advanced stats (2016 Steph's +10.5 EPM is the highest ever. SGA is currently at +10.9).

This is the last 3 yrs for OKC's defense per CTG. Through 11 games, OKC has been top-5 in defensive rebounding, slightly better than post-ASB last season. Relatedly, even with missed games, Chet/IHart have already played about half the min (155) they played together all last season (316).
