It's been a chaotic time to be an artist. Now that Canada has a trade agreement with China, it's only a matter of time before Trump ends free trade.

If you're American and been eyeing a piece, now's probably the time.

Fresh from yesterday's raku firing, meet Perseus' Cloud.

Born from fire and smoke, this raku vessel is inspired by the Perseus Molecular Cloud. This little fragment of the cosmos, imprinted by fire, holds echoes of stars long gone.

Like us all, it is stardust.

30 second outdoor sketches in charcoal on the Boston Commons. I sketch very fast when I'm outdoors. I use it more of a shorthand. soft vine charcoal or chalk pastels work best for me.

It's -18 here today. Normally I would not do a raku firing on such a cold day, but I'm trying to capture a moment in the collective consciousness.

'Delphinus' is a star, leaping from the ocean, a celestial traveller caught between the depths and the heavens.
