Spent a good chunk of the day yesterday cleaning the bathroom and taking care of what few plants I have left. Told my bf I missed having plants and would like to get back into them. He hit me with 'Oh! You want something! That's good, it means you're coming out of your depression!' 😶

I don't believe I've shared these, but in late 2020, I had the wonderful opportunity to work as a Layout Artist for the film Hilda and the Mountain King. I loved getting to work on it~

I was on the concept development team with Mercury for this way back. I loved the concept and direction for it. I still have some of my doodles for it~

It's taken me a while to accept, but it looks like if you want the chance of being a career artist today, you will need to find substantial success in creating your own projects independently and find additional external employment to subsidize yourself..
