Watching the Niccolo short makes me want to drop everything and jump into my personal projects. I can’t, but I need more time for them. I miss working on animated projects and feeling close to animation.

You’d think it was messed up because they‘re prioritizing YouTube shorts, but that’s even worse. It’s like scrolling through Facebook ads. 💀

I really wish YouTube would fix their algorithm. The recommended is completely useless, and so is search. And from how often YouTubers have been changing their thumbnails and titles, it’s been shit on their end too.

It sucked seeing someone carelessly feed my art into ai to change it, but it was nice to know that he doesn’t want it used at all.
I feel so extremely fortunate to work with so many great people.

So, downside, a client for a publishing company I work for (not DH), used ai to edit my art.
Upside, my editor told them that will not work. And agreed with me when I said I wouldn’t use it for ethical and copyright reasons. And he came to me to revise the original instead of using the ai edit.

Its great but the Tangerine Dream one just adds SO much more magic and personality. It oozes other worldy fantasy. It's like the glitter on screen is making the music lol I miss it so much whenever I watch the other version.

Watching Dexter for the first time, I never have because I heard the ending was bad. But now it's not over anymore. And yikes... I hope the writing/treatment of the female characters improved but I kinda doubt it.
