This is key - charities deliver essential services on behalf of govt, but aren't being paid what it costs them to do it. This is an unsustainable way to commission services, and needs an urgent rethink. If not, services will fold.

Uprating contracts to cover the NICs rise would be a sensible start.

The line that 'its business model was no longer viable' is a very scary one for lots of charities and infrastructure organisations
