The bigger question is "Are they willing to go to jail for him?" Following orders to commit a crime is not a defense.

I'm curious what the statute of limitations is for these offenses ....

I hate to suggest it, but let's start with the machine operators. They did the actual damage. Let their defense team produce the evidence of their authorization.

Then let's just climb the ladder.

The President might have immunity but it's for certain that his minions don't. Will the DOJ act?

FYI :“Destruction of federal property is a federal crime. 18 U.S. Code § 1361 defines the crime as willfully injuring or committing any depredation against U.S. government property. If the damage exceeds $1k it is a felony with a fine, up to ten years in prison or both.”

Awaiting law enforcement.

"Changes Course"? I'm going out on a limb here, but I'm guessing that the @nytimes.com reporters didn't try to find the original work orders for the demo team, or the change orders that then expanded the project's scope.

The American people deserve much better from their media.

Standing up to a wannabe dictator is patriotic.

Protecting health care for Americans is patriotic.

Defending workers who make our country run is patriotic.

Saying no to troops occupying our cities is patriotic.

Peacefully protesting to protect our democracy is patriotic.

If anyone knows of a substantive statement from @fetterman.senate.gov about his positions -- especially on the CR votes -- I would very much like to read that.

(As much as I root for our Eagles, NFL rivalries do not count as "substantive" in this situation.)

Congressional Republicans have had NINE YEARS to "fix" the ACA with their better alternative.

This is a party that has demonstrated that they are incapable of governing and can only complain. Just look at who they chose to be President. Twice!
