My Lamictal tab is a similar size as my generic Pepcid & I grabbed the wrong pill from my pill box. Luckily I took it 3 hours before I took my regular dose. I only took the Pepcid so I didnt get heartburn at 2am. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.

I wish I took an extra Tylenol tonight but I stupidly took an extra Lamictal. Thankfully I’ve been on it for 10 years but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t worried. I called poison control to calm my anxiety. They are non judgmental & don’t get enough credit for the lifesaving & education they do. ❤️

My fasting glucose came back at 101 but my A1C is steady at 5.6. I’ve lost 55lbs on Mounjaro but I feel defeated. I know a lot of it is on me especially the last 6 weeks but I can’t help but feel like I’m going to get chewed out at my appointment Monday. I know I’ll regret the 6 Oreos I just ate

This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.
It is setting up to make what’s happening now look like child’s play. And people are disappearing.
