Need a Hometown Hero too. Vessel for the crowd’s hopes, talked up every year, but frankly just not good enough to cut it. Every shot is underpowered, frustration is palpable.

My son doing tours of the Design and Technology room at the school open evening tonight.

I get twitches just thinking about the workshop at school back in the 80s. Teenage nutcases with access to screwdrivers, Stanley knives and other tools. An hour of fear and alertness.

Age of Cthulhu. OSE. Twilight 2K.

History tells us that General Umberto Nobile and Roald Amundsen overflew the North Pole in 1926, making the first trans-polar flight from Europe to America. In 1928, Nobile went back in the airship Italia, which crashed on the ice north of Svalbard, Norway. An international rescue mission was launched to find him and his aeronauts. Your characters are part of this mission – and the State Department wants you to rescue the survivors before the Russian expedition gets them! But soon this humanitarian mission becomes embroiled in international tensions, mysterious disappearances, and the cold arcano-science of Yuggoth...

The storm sweeps off the mountaintops without warning, as if conjured by some supernatural power. Within minutes, huge drifts of snow have halted the caravan, and the snow falls so hard it is impossible to see more than five feet. You huddle next to the sledge, trying to shelter your numb face from the icy winds.

A dozen half-human forms march into view out of the raging blizzard. The little man-things carry wooden spears or long, unsheathed swords in bony, gnarled hands. Their blood-red eyes quickly fall upon your sledge and the ugly creatures turn toward your hiding place.

Will you survive to uncover the secret of Blizzard Pass?

The player characters have become involved in the battle for Warsaw between Baron Czarny and the Militia. As some of the few with military training and experience, they will play leading roles ambushing convoys, fighting the Baron, and trying to survive in the rubble and debris of Warsaw.
